El Pollo Guapo - Hartford

Excellent concept and menu. I'm a chef and rarely serve restaurants dishes, but this place has a salad I can't get enough of. Big chips, excellent Burritos and Tacos. Innovative food and great staff. Always immaculate and beautiful outdoor dining area.

Good lunch in downtown. Get the apple emanadas! To die. The chicken is moist and delicious. Tacos were really delicious. But the empanadas trust me.

Had the “bridged and confused” bowl (hold the fresco queso). Wow! I was impressed! Great. The only subpage I can see eating here is that you stand there for ten minutes, as I tried to read their menu to decide between all delicious sound options. After my first visit I get the feeling that you don't go wrong, no matter what you order here. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and well furnished.

Your food is so.darn.good. I introduced El Pollo Guapo to my parents and now they are also attached. The flavor combinations are always on point, everything is fresh, chicken is delicate and tasteful (not well-dried). My Fave is the Dazed and Confused Rice Bowl.yummm!

Great food and friendly staff. There's something here for everyone and they get food out fairly fast.
