The staff was not welcoming or attentive to customers. My coffee was left sitting while 5 other customers received theirs and left. When I brought it to their attention, they simply said, "oh, here." There was no apology and my bagel was not toasted properly. I will not be returning to Dunkin'. View all feedback.
I was served cold water instead of hot tea, which was disappointing.
