Maple avenue Dunkin donuts in Hartford is definitely my go to and favorite branch. Even when something goes wrong they fix with no issues and or attitudes. Stuff happens it's how we fix it. What Steez Kapital doesn't like about Dunkin':
I have been to this Dunkin' location in Hartford about 10 times since I moved here, and unfortunately, they have not been able to get my order correct even once. I am very disappointed with the management at this place. One time, when I ordered a croissant stuffer before work, it was still frozen when I bit into it. This dunkin donuts has gone down the customer service is really bad the only thing that is open is the drive thru there is no announcing why it is closed I have been going here for many years, but I will listen to the one on the airport road of the service is fantastic and they can not hear them like the on maplle ave. it's sad that I have to drive somewhere else, but I feel more comfortable and wanted. the atmosphere is so much better
In the car they sat about 30 minutes to get only one sarg when I came into the box, they give me the Rong change, eating had the food.

The staff working on weekends at this restaurant are absolutely amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their attentive and customer-oriented service. Keep up the fantastic work! If I could, I would give them 100 stars.
