Cousins Subs - Hartford

I ordered two party boxes for the first time using the online app. The boxes contained a variety of turkey, Italian, club, and veggie subs. It was a convenient choice for a birthday party and we all enjoyed the sandwiches. I'm happy that I decided to order them!

A reasonable service. Handicap Entrance Handicap Parking Drive-Thru window if you order online with app or call in. Many delicious dishes. Healthy options if you choose correctly. Use vouchers for the best value. Combines with a BP gas station in Hartford directly on Highway 60.

The sandwiches were average today. Have you ever had amazing sandwiches from here? We had good service but they forgot to include one of our sandwiches in the total. Everyone had finished eating before I received mine. The staff seemed busy or distracted. It's a nice place, but I recommend eating in-store.

The sandwich maker was extremely accommodating when I requested special items for my finicky eaters. He even double-checked our order before preparing it. It didn't take long to realize that we were in good hands.

I tried the new drive through for the first time tonight. The speaker was nice and clear and my order was accurate! The server was very polite and accommodating when I asked for a glass of ice to go with my bottled soda. The order took a bit longer because of deep fried items. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious! The 4* is for the cheese curds as they were rather soggy perhaps the fry oil was not hot enough? I don't recall cousins having deep fried choices in the past, only chips. Since this seems a new feature, I will try again. Everyone deserves a second chance. Love the new option of a drive thru at this gas station location!
