I went yesterday to grab some lunch after work, I ordered steak quesadillas and later when i went upstairs to eat I found a piece of hair in my food. The cashier at Burrito loko works with her hair down and when I went again to order nachos he hair touched my food again. I was so disgusted. For a non franchised burrito place, the burrito was not good. The staff was friendly. Slightly below average size burrito. Ordered chicken, white rice, cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Flavor and taste was lacking. Honestly you, could make a better burrito at home. Price was $10ish. Would not recommend a burrito from here. There was only 1 review before mine at the time of this review.
Food is amazing and the customer service is awesome. We had a slight problem with our order one time (we order basically every week)and they fixed it lightening speed and even delivered to our house. So sorry if we were hangry!
Second time being disappointed in this place. Last night takes the cake. We got pick up much to my reluctance after last time of ordering unconsumable beef barbacoa which had been chewy and pretty gross and fatty.
