I've ordered from here weekly for a few years. It's a staple food, the cream of the crop in Hartford. The sandwiches are stellar, pizza is insanely good, and I just love the people that work there. You can't get better than this in West Hartford. View all feedback.
What Keyona Bre doesn't like about Angelina's Pizza:
While the food is great, the customer service leaves much to be desired. There seems to be a recurring issue with forgetting items, and the attitude when addressing it is disappointing. Customer feedback is crucial for any business, and I hope steps are taken to improve the overall experience and make customers feel valued. View all feedback.
One of our FAVORITE pizza places! The slices are huge, and they have delicious sauce and crust. Your salads are also good. We usually get a medium to feed 3-4 and have residues. For a party, their “Party Sized” pizzas are the best around!
Amazing pizza, great staff and the owner is cool. Your food is consistent and the staff is professional. We've been there for 10 years and have never seen how they messed up an order, or we've delivered a piece of food. In view of the quality, staff and price, it is certainly my favorite pizza spot. I would recommend a slice and frits, Buffalo chicken salad, chicken parm grinder or party pizza if you have guests. Only wish that the city regulations allow them to reopen the dining room.
I'm from Florida and a friend recommended Angelina's pizza. We drove past and is the best pizza I've ever eaten... exquisite...
Had a great and huge slice of Italian sausage that was a quarter of a pizza, for only 4 dollars. The area is on the west Hartford, Hartford line so it was a very friendly and welcoming place for me, everyone said hello and everyone was enjoying huge slices. Very busy, lots of take out and lots of staffing to make so many pizzas. The sauce and cheese was fresh and had the signature CT pizza taste. I will have this on my list to visit any time I am around that area, glad my friend had shown me the place, thank you very much for the recommendation Ricky
When I first came to UHa in 2002 from jersey/NYC, it took me a while to find some decent pizza. This place was a godsend and absolutely the best NYC style pizza around. As a college student the double slices were a godsend. Years later I moved back as an adult to work at ESPN and they had moved into a larger space while keeping the same awesomeness. I used to bring pies to work all the time and everyone loved it. Glad to see Joe still crushing it…..he is absolutely one of the nicest dudes you’ll ever meet and takes pride in his business and it shows. Also literally on the exit ramp on rt 84 so always a great pit stop when driving thru.
