Description

Loaf, a café in Fleet, offers an impressive selection of breads, cakes, and pastries, celebrated for its friendly service and cozy atmosphere. However, some patrons find inconsistencies in food quality, citing dry croissants and overly sweet pastries. The café's decision to limit sandwich options while displaying abundant fillings has also frustrated customers. Despite occasional service hiccups, many appreciate the staff's attentiveness and personalized care, suggesting that Loaf remains a worthwhile destination, albeit with room for improvement in its offerings. Overall, it stands out as a beloved local gem, deserving of a visit.

They come regularly after our first visit, for a latte and a biscuit. never has to wait more than a few seconds for a cup joe.

This cafe is fantastic for delicious cakes, bread, pastries, and sweet treats. The sandwiches can be ordered or purchased pre-made. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a good variety of drinks and healthier options on offer. It can get quite busy as seating is limited.

Loaf has a great variety of bread and cakes to choose from, but their tea is not up to par. They have also stopped allowing customers to use their drinks loyalty card for tea purchases.

If you're in search of top-notch coffee, delicious fresh food, and exceptional service, you must check out Loaf in Fleet! I can't praise it enough. I have absolutely no complaints. It's just a pity they're not open on Sundays, as it would be the perfect spot to unwind on a leisurely Sunday morning.

I came in at 2.20 pm hoping to find a sandwhich as I had brought the pre made ones in Farnham loaf which are great. Couldn’t see any on display but I saw lots of sandwich filling options on the counter display, next to three...made up sandwiches. Great I thought I can get a fresh one but sadly not the case. I was told that the three pre made ones could be purchased as a toastie and they were not serving sandwiches to order anymore despite lots of fillings on display and a shop full of bread? The three pre-made ones all contained cheese which I can’t eat so I left empty handed and went to Greggs to get my late lunch there. I like to support independents but feel the service here was very poor.
