Kfc - Hart
Kfc
Description
At M3 Fleet Services, diners experience a mix of highs and lows. While some rave about the exceptional breakfast offerings and friendly service at The Good Breakfast venue, others express frustration over limited gluten-free options and early closures. Long wait times and lukewarm food were prevalent complaints at KFC, with customers lamenting the lack of empathy from staff during delays. Traffic woes further detract from the experience, as congestion in the car park leaves travelers stranded. Despite its culinary gems, the service station struggles to meet every traveler's needs, resulting in a divided dining experience.

During our visit, the restaurant was closed as it opens late in the morning. Upon our return, we had to order using the touch screen only. Unfortunately, hand sanitizer was not provided. The chicken took a long time to cook, resulting in a 15-minute wait for our food.
This restaurant closes early, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to enjoying their chicken delight after a long day of traveling. Unfortunately, there were no other food options available after 10pm. It was a sad experience.
We have been stuck in the car park for thirty minutes trying to leave. There are four lanes of traffic attempting to exit! I will need to use the restroom again before we can finally leave. The car park definitely needs to be redesigned.
The Good Breakfast venue. The Best Breakfast By Far. Travelling to South Wales and enjoying the best motorway service breakfast by far, at M3 westbound Fleet Services, The Good Breakfast venue. Wonderful staff and wonderful breakfast. I always drive this route just to enjoy it.
These services aOn M3 at Fleet are useless for someone who is coeliac. No gluten free sandwiches, wraps or anything savoury to take out with a coffee. I was only able to get a packet of crisps or a nut bar. Not very filling when I had driven 2 hours and had another 2 hours to go.
