I didn’t get the what I ordered a lot of items were missing and when I called the restaurant the guy who pick up the call he didn’t even say sorry he said you can ask for refund .Order delivered on time but items were missing,I ordered devils box and loaded fries which should include burger and 3 wings ,there were only two wings and they didn’t put mionaize, also loaded fries also missing
I am not giving any rate of this restaurant because staff and owner nature not good and after paying for food they didn't give us good bag for food safety.
Like others have said, Sam's has fallen off a cliff. This place used to complete with KFC but at way less cost. Now? Chicken fried off in advanced, poor quality being used, fryer oil not being changed. Big Sam himself turns 77 this year and you can tell he's stepped away from the business the past couple of years as the branches have turned into a joke. Better off going to Morley's at this point.
Fantastic 40% discount deal, very nice packing! Hit and fresh food in the middle of the night. Well done sam’s really turning around your reputation. Delicious burger and wings and the coleslaw rice.
Overpriced 2 burgers £8 and there not even big joke of a place
