Went to South Harrow Sam's tonight for a quick munch lol. I was served by (Hahjeeta), I really hope I spelt her name correctly . She was so sweet and really friendly. Great customer service from her and the rest of the team. Keep up the great work . I highly recommend paying this Sam's visit. The food, atmosphere and staff are always on point . I have tasted other sam's chicken branches but idk why the loaded chicken wrap and the loaded fries with chicken tastes so much better in this branch, probably it's the way they make it. The food was still very warm and was cooked perfectly.
The delivery person provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. Despite my mistake in forgetting to include the house number, he handled the situation well and still delivered my food on time. He deserves a 5-star rating.
