There is a new manager so perhaps that's why my complaint wasn't dealt with properly. I was with 2 others but I only wanted a starter they both ate a full meal. I ordered the shrimp with gnocchi. Can't remember if it was £8 or £9 however there were 4 small shrimp. The waitress was really lovely and when I told her she told me to wait whilst she spoke to the manager. Nothing was done. I was told the manager said I should have reported it earlier. I expected them to so something even just offer a coffee but nothing. We shall not be returning to this Prezzo that we used in the past at least twice a month.

For our mains... read more We arrived early for our reservation and were able to choose our seating. For starters, we ordered calamari and a beef dish with delicious sauces. For our mains, I chose the Prezzo Burger without the bun, while my friend ordered the chicken and mushroom dish. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again!
