The food here is superb. This is without question the best Indian restaurant in the area. Service and atmosphere are nothing special but the quality of the food, the flavours, portions and value for money is great. If you want delicious , spicy Indian Food, come here. View all feedback.
What Fiona Palmer doesn't like about Masala Art:
I would never recommend ordering from here. Ordered at 8.30pm it is now 10.30pm and still no food. Called the restaurant four times and was told the food is on its way. Got fed up and called again and was told the driver couldn't find my address even though they have come here several times before. Asked to speak to a manager and apparently they don't have one. I was told they sending the food again and for ME to mic... View all feedback.

If u want to order food and be told to stick it in the microwave then maybe this backstreet restaurant is for you!
This review is my 2nd of this restaurant and follows my 5th visit to this here since it opened in the last 6 months. I didn't realise we'd been 5 times until I stopped to count. Must be a good sign. Food portions seemed to had been reduced in size on our last visit but this wasn't the case on our visit last night when the quantity , and quality was very good and full of flavour. Some dishes can be quite spicy which isn't to everyone's tastes but I personally think is the sign of a great Indian restaurant as so many sell bland food. The restaurant was quite busy which is always a good sign and the atmosphere lively as a result. Mixed grill was excellent. Their Tarka Dhal and channa masala are the best of any Indian restaurant I've eaten in as long as I can remember. Their home made desserts are good but last night we had no room ! Service was too slow , they were busy but it isn't a large restaurant , this is something they need to improve as the restaurant wasn't full. We waited over half an hour for our starters and again our main courses as well. That's just about the limit of my patience, any more for starters and I tend to walk out of restaurants and go somewhere else as my objective is to go to these places to eat, not sit around chatting without food. Anyway we will be back here again soon as its basically very good !
Third visit to Masala Art.We are very impressed all round.Very friendly atmosphere.food well presented and the offer to try other dishes off the menu and not included in the bill.
Fantastic food, and the service is warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend my friends to try ~Masala Art. people are very friendly and the ambience is mellow and light the mood if you go with your partner. ahaha ha a... I would give a 8/10 for masala Art.
