Ever since I was a child, my family has always had a tradition of getting birthday cakes from Heriot. So, when it came time for my birthday, there was no question where I would order my cake from. I sent an email asking two questions only one was answered so sent another email asking second question, still waiting for a reply.which is now over 48 hours.clearly you don't read emails properly. Fantastic cakes! We ordered a heart shaped strawberry cream cake for our daughter’s birthday it looked stunning and tasted delicious. Great customer service too, and we were able to customise the cake to our preferences at no extra cost. Highly recommend. The 16 inch size is also great value and enough to feed at least 60 people.

Bought the pistachio gateaux for my dad's birthday was informed by the lovely assistant that it was her favourite. We all loved it pistachio flavour was amazing, the sponge was light and moist. Great customer service thank you.
