Belmont Tandoori - HARROW

Had the worst experience ever with their delivery service (food was meant to arrive within 30 minutes, it's now been 2 hours! , rude staff kept refusing to pick up the phone when i called from the number through which we'd ordered, and then kept lying about a driver being on the way for an hour and a half haven't got the food yet, very pissed and disappointed!

After disappointing me in the past, the restaurant delivered an exceptional curry this time. Well done! One of the best meals I have had in a long time.

I ordered the lamb Karahi with naan and pilau rice. All the dishes were delicious. I would rate the naan and pilau rice a 7/10, and the lamb karahi a 9/10. The meat was flavorful and cooked perfectly, making it tender and delicious. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I used to be a regular customer at Belmont Tandoori, but their customer service has severely declined. I ordered delivery three times and each time they forgot part of my order. On the third occasion, which happened to be my father's birthday, the driver offered me the missing items for free to make up for the mistake. However, the manager disagreed and only offered me a £10 discount, which I found insulting. This experience has left me very disappointed and I would advise others not to order from here.

I'm a new customer and Ordered a meal of lamb curry, chicken Tikka, rice, etc. The lamb was sliced in big chunks and very tough to eat,to be honest it was grissly, the rice was mediocre, Tikka was edible. Husband was sick next day and I think lemon and hot water saved me.
