Woodland Tandoori - Harrogate

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and had a terrible experience. The food was cold by the time it arrived, even though I live just a couple of minutes away. My dish consisted of only two pieces of potato and one piece of cauliflower, with raw onions mixed in with chilli and spices but no vegetable sauce. It was so spicy that it burnt my mouth. My husband's tandoori mixed grill was so small that it fit on a side plate. I ended up throwing most of my food away. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Great food, great service, generous portions. We ordered delivery and it arrived in less than 30 mins, v pleased!

Just moved to the area and this is only a few doors away! Always wondered what their pizzas were like so tried them last night and pleased to say that they were fantastic! Also We had two 2 think crust pizzas for £13!! What a surprise that was. Would definitely recommend, we picked our pizzas up as only 2 mins walk away.

This Indian takeaway may appear modest, but it offers fantastic value in Harrogate. With affordable prices, generous portions, and delicious dishes, it is the best option in town. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and have always been impressed by the consistent quality and affordability. Don't let its unassuming appearance fool you - this is a top-notch, five-star establishment.

The restaurant was disappointing. The lamb Ghaty, which was supposed to be fairly hot, was not spicy at all and was mainly filled with chunky peppers and onions. The lamb was overcooked and dry, and the dish was sweet instead of spicy. The Chicken Bombay Special, described as having various herbs and spices, was much spicier than expected. Overall, the food lacked flavor and was overpriced at £25 for two mains, rice, and bread. The delivery arrived at 6:20pm instead of the requested 8pm, making it difficult to keep the dishes warm. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
