What Nblakey dislikes about Stuzzi:

My and partner have been here several times always pretty good but has been going down hill on our last 2 visits . Don’t come here for a Sunday roast they can’t do them and £19.5 they should be a lot better than they are . Our starters were lovely really amazing but my Sunday dinner was very disappointing the roast potatoes had only been in the oven 10mins if that they were more like boiled potatoes. My partner pasta... View all feedback.

Visited with a small group of friends celebrating my birthday on a Saturday night and the atmosphere was buzzing. Stuzzi was recommended to me by a number of people and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The staff were the perfect mix of friendly and attentive, whilst leaving you to enjoy the experience. The food was all divine but honourable mentions go to the arancini and bruschetta. The spritz cocktails with different Italian liqueurs were fantastic, and having a whole menu of negronis was

I visited on my own as I was staying in the area. I was blown away. The food was delicious, every dish I had was very exceptional. Very different to what I have had before. The staff are all very friendly. I didn't want my meal to end and will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. This restaurant is a must.

Shortlisted this restaurant for our weekend visit to Harrogate and were very happy we did. The food is much more imaginative, flavoursome and fresh than your run of the mill trattoria. Service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant has a wonderful contemporary and quirky vibe, reflected in the decor. You will not struggle to find a really good bottle of wine to accompany your meal. We chose the best value red which was light and fruity as we wanted and accompanied the foo

New experience , very friendly staff , lovely feel and atmosphere ordered a mixed board needed bread with it which was extra so around £27 , we shared an arancini very tasty and good value £5 and a chicken liver pasta around £14 this dish very tasty but rich would be perfect even between four as a smaller taste due to richness but needed to be tried ! I’m the one who had a heart attack at £8.75 for a tinnie of beer

I discovered this amazing restaurant. The Italian tapas dishes were delicious. The Porcetta was particularly outstanding. They have a wonderful selection of wines by the glass and the service was both friendly and professional. The atmosphere was terrific. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I made a reservation at this restaurant based on reviews, but it turned out to be a disappointment. The Italian and rustic theme seemed promising, but the atmosphere felt more like a roadside cafe. The tables looked cheap and there wasn't much space. The idea of using an old wine bottle for water on the table may sound nice, but it didn't work well in reality. The food selection was decent, but the prices were too high for the portion sizes. For example, I paid 4.50 for two small slices of bread with a strange baby food-like topping. If you're not a fan of deep-fried food, you may struggle to find suitable options. The prices for drinks, especially wine, were outrageous. It seems that Harrogate establishments can get away with charging high prices, and this restaurant is no exception. The daily changing menu may sound intriguing, but I would recommend that they focus on perfecting a consistent menu. The music was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this restaurant seemed more concerned with style than substance.

So …… could have been great but and its a big ole but! Rushed in rushed out, never dined on a Saturday night in less than an hour before, but 50 mins bosh out on the street thinking wtf just happened! So food was really well cooked, tasty original, quirky, all the buzz words we were hoping for! Cant say anything negative about the menu! As for the staff, busy like bees watching your every mouth chew, willing you to stop talking and eat up you old git! Drinks wtf..again sorry folks your wine cellar just isn't that great trying to be Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo and prices to match is just a bit pretentious, even for Harrogate. So to summarise, could be so much better, again i will say the food is top notch no complaints, tasty tasty tasty, but please just let your punters enjoy their night and not feel like the grandparents at a family christmas dinner being reminded to eat up the taxi will be here soon.

We had a party of six last Saturday at 815...place was humming and we were impressed how promptly we were seated. Very affable host came and explained the menu...freshly done every day and not at all easy to follow for a novice. His recommendations and help for gluten intolerant friend were very useful and we all shared platters and mains with some amazing tastes....I had some squid for first time ever...yummy!! Would definitely recommend for a meal with a difference. My only criticism would be the music, whilst some ace tunes were played it really was a bit too loud for my liking as I couldn't hear my friends conversations very well at all.

Six years ago we tried Stuzzi for the first time and were amazed with the food and appreciated the knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff team. Today was only our second visit and we were every bit as impressed. The menu is quite limited, but with such quality and flavour that wasn't a problem, I'm sure any choice would be enjoyable. All three courses were flavoursome, freshly prepared and well presented. Apart from the antipasti first course, the tapas style main course dishes were not ones we'd seen before, but each were outright winners. The arancini with a hint of fennel and chilli, the bucatini with ox cheek and the squash on puff pastry with a light creamy, cheesy and truffle sauce. Wish we could visit more often.
