Nice gingerbread latte, same old same Starbucks, nothing to rave about. Ample seating upstairs, typical queue to order etc Buggy parking area provided, if your lucky to squeeze in the door in the first instance. View all feedback.
What Lazen doesn't like about Starbucks:
Visited the Starbucks store in Harrogate today 09/11/2017, I wish we hadn't. The staff are pleasant but the place is very very dirty. Tables both inside and outside were filthy. The shop floor was very dirty and the stairs were full of dust. The door and windows looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. If this is the appearance of the store we dread to think what the food preparation areas are kept like... View all feedback.
Amazing personal with a personal touch, friendly environment and especially large coffee. look at them.
We sat in the large area above and it was clean and clear. we ordered about the app because there was a big wait and we had our little boy with us. it was really good to be able to fully adapt my hot chocolate even to the temperature. we also had a few rolls and they were well prepared and were beautiful and fresh.
Lots of staff, but clearing of tables slow Nice coffee.
Coming to this Starbucks is honestly one of my favourite parts of the day. The staff are always wonderful and remember my order, I'm greeted with a smile by everyone, drinks are always spot-on and they're accomodating of my dietary requirements. Blueberry muffin is top tier as well. Mostly though, the best thing about this place is the staff. Never met another team in which I like every single employee. Love it!
I usually come here quite regularly for a drink before/ after work and it is fine- service fine. However today this was the complete opposite. Whilst walking in, there were 2 members of staff presumably bringing tables in from outside. One of these members of staff gave me such a horrible dirty look, looking me up an down. This is something I’d usually ignore and not take to seriously but this made me feel so uncomfortable. He stopped what he was doing turned around to face me, I smiled back but he didn’t and continued to look me up and down. I wondered whether it was because they were closed but he did not speak or smile. I had to walk away and go elsewhere.
