Following the reopening of this pub after a temporary closure, it is disappointing to note that the door policy seems to assume that patrons are guilty of something. During my recent visit, I was accused of causing harm to everyone in the establishment simply because I entered without undergoing a temperature check. Despite giving them a second chance, I encountered a similar issue when trying to enter with my daughter, who is of legal age and had valid identification to prove it. The doorkeeper mistakenly claimed that her ID was fake, which was not true. It was evident that the doorkeeper was not familiar with the drinks we planned to order, and seemed to lack knowledge about the establishment. Although I would like to support this independent pub, I have received a more pleasant welcome at Wetherspoon's. I will be exploring other independent pubs in the area that I believe will provide a more welcoming experience. This experience was truly disappointing. It is possible that the doorkeeper was acting out of fear or a sense of power, but regardless, I will not be giving them a third chance.
This restaurant is excellent for takeout orders. They are attentive and aim to please their customers. Much better than Papa John's and Domino's for takeout. They also offer quick delivery service.
I recently discovered this fantastic local Indian restaurant. I usually order takeout from here, but I dined in at the restaurant in November. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and it was great value for money.
Excellent quality and choice. Authentic indian cooking at its best. Friendly staff offering a warm friendly welcome.
