We were searching for a place to eat and were fortunate to come across this bar/bistro! The 2 for $12 cocktails, especially the cherry Bakewell, were outstanding. They also had a nice variety of real ales. We decided to order the steak and fries, and they were absolutely delicious! The food was served quickly and was of high quality. The service was excellent as well. Overall, this is a fantastic place to dine at and we will definitely be coming back!
I ordered the hot or not burger and it was delicious. I chose not to make it spicier with chili oil, but you have the option. The food arrived promptly and the service was excellent.
We were turned away at the front door because they wouldn't allow us to bring in our small dog, despite reading reviews that said it was a dog-friendly restaurant. It would be helpful if they clearly stated on their website that they do not accept dogs, especially since we traveled from East Yorkshire.
The food is great, the atmosphere is pleasant, and it's a good deal for the price. The service may be a bit slow depending on the day and time, but it is definitely worth it.
