Amazing! I almost hesitate to write a review because this place is such a hidden gem. It's a charming, traditional country house that will warm your heart! It has an authentic feel, so it's not like those glossy, plastic gastro pub chains. If you take a moment to appreciate it, you'll see that this place is truly a diamond. Stayed here last night, room was lovely, clean and welcoming. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Steak and ale pie was the best my hubby has tasted. Nothing was to much trouble for breakfast. Would recommend this off the beaten track place to everyone and would definitely stay there again.
