Oliver's presents a nostalgic dining experience reminiscent of classic British fish and chip shops. While some patrons rave about the fresh, crispy batter and reasonable prices, others have voiced concerns over cleanliness and inconsistent food quality. Complaints range from uncleanliness, such as hair and grit in dishes, to dissatisfaction with unavailable menu items. Yet, many customers treasure the comforting taste and generous portions, enjoying the retro ambiance. With a rotating gluten-free menu and excellent service highlighted by friendly staff, Oliver's remains a charming option for those seeking hearty fish and chips, though experiences may vary.

Was Anonym at Oliver's Fish Chips a mag?
oliver has some of the best fishing and chips in hardogate. the fish is always fresh and the dough is crispy and thin - just as it should be. the interieur is also really cool (it is directly from the 1970s uk.) the prices are very reasonable and when they dive, it is in the rule not crowded (although a line can form for the retreat.) a visit to oliver is a must for lovers of proper fishing and chips. there is also a... I went to the restaurant expecting to order battered sausage and chips with curry sauce, but was surprised to be told that they do not serve battered sausage or curry sauce. I was taken aback as I work nearby and saw these items listed on their menu on Just Eat.

Delicious classic fish and chips. They even delivered to the nearby caravan site. The website is easy to use and provides clear information on prices and menu options.

Six of us visited Olivers last Friday and tried the specials. The Fish and Chips were fantastic, with moist white fish, hot chips, delicious mushy peas, and excellent service from Lisa.
