The owner, I believe, recommended sharing a side dish with my colleague instead of ordering one each, and he was right on the mark. The Pork Tomahawk was simply perfect, and I can’t wait to enjoy it again on my next visit! The Diane sauce paired with it was exceptional. As for the staff, the owner (I think) was a true gentleman—funny, welcoming, and happy to chat with us. Joseph, who looked after us at breakfast, was another standout employee—attentive, humorous, and had a great phone manner! The rest of the staff, including the bar staff, chefs, and cleaners, were all fantastic. Everyone was approachable and more than willing to help. My only minor complaint was the parking situation; there wasn’t much available due to the hotel’s location on a roundabout. However, don't let that discourage you from this amazing hotel/bar/restaurant. I’ll definitely be back—hopefully next week! The food and drinks here are phenomenal!

Dessert was really good. Staff we very apologetic for there mistake Chef said that if you choose to sit outside the food will be cold! Everything except the steak was really hot on arrival!!! Can't fault the waitress she dealt with it and had it removed from the bill. Rooms: 5
