Light and airy restaurant, plenty of room, food mostly good (avoid Yorkshire Pudding). Could do with more staff as waiting to be seated was slow and one evening it took almost an hour from arrival to first course being served. Rooms clean and airy with excellent bathrooms. Plenty of parking and great location twixt Town and River.
It's a nice setting .. service was good .. staff were very professional. . The food was extra nice .. my wife and I are well pleased
Didn't get to check in until after 7pm due to the room being a total disaster. Mess in the toilet bathroom dirty towels and not cleaned bed been slept in and cutlery around the bedroom. Management lied told me I'd get a full refund amd left his duty manager an order to only give £50.50p refund and until now I'm still awaiting a reply as I was told I would get a phone call . Also the out building don't stay in there constantly being woke up by banging doors until 2am . In reply to your reply I have a email from you saying we were being out in the out building away from all the noise so we wouldn't be disturbed.
This place is fantastic! The staff is very kind and friendly, and we felt well taken care of. Thank you.
We wer delighted with the whole experience. The staff, all the staff, we're lovely helpful people. Food was plentiful and good value. Setting is a delight. We have booked for next year as soon as we got home.
