Placed an order online last weekend for delivery. Was contacted about 20 mins later to say they couldn’t deliver because of the roads being closed due to a parade (if this is the case why accept orders for delivery in the first place). Was told I’d get an email confirming my refund (still haven’t received, despite calling them back again). Was told refund would be between 3-5 business days (again a lie as it has not...
