We knew the owners of Chilli Hut from when they had a restaurant in Ripon, was our favourite restaurant. Now we have finally travelled to Knaresborough, my husbands choice for his birthday, to get a takeaway. We were not disappointed, we had a mixed starter which was fantastic, main meals were good with plenty of meat in them. We will be back soon I hope View all feedback.
What WAYNE K doesn't like about Chilli Hut:
Picked up a takeaway tonight. The Tikka was very watery with minimal chicken some of which you couldn't even cut with a knife. The rice was OK but the chips looked like they had been warmed up from earlier in the week. Overall it was a poor quality meal and I shall be going elsewhere in future. View all feedback.

Everything was luke warm when it arrived and wasn’t great either- chips were all hard and stale, the kebab meat tasted strange and had an odd texture, and they put the sauce on instead of giving you it in a tub so the pita bread was very soggy. Edible but definitely not great sadly.
Absolutely shocking! The order was wrong when delivered, it was replaced with absolute rubbish swimming in grease, most of it went in the bin. What a disappointment

Fun fact the kabab is pre cut and packet bought. Explains their thick cut and odd taste. Also, service with an attitude, the guy was so on edge for absolutely no reason. As for the Curry, the butter chicken had literally no spices or flavours blows my mind how Indian restaurants manage to make curries without spices? Work that one out! Only bonus was the ENTIRE onion we got to keep free of charge...with the kabab...next time I'll try Morrisons and pickup some carrots and Garam Masala too.
