The restaurant's ambiance was inviting and cozy, with a charming outdoor patio perfect for dining al fresco. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from, each one crafted with care and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the meal. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that I would highly recommend to others. View all feedback.
What Neil Owen doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
I am regularly at neros and use everywhere I am in the country. harrogate is my hometown and I have used cambridge crescent for a dae. but recently it looks and feels unclean. the wood floors are particularly dirty. in nero, there is often a smell of wet dog in the coffee shop. not the cheapest conditions to enjoy a morning coffee. also here would help a better and regular cleaning. caffè nero, please get this place... Visited Caffè Nero for a coffee on December a.m. the floor was filthy and the display unit opposite the serving counter was caked in dust and dirt. The place was a disgrace and we will not be patronising this coffee bar again.
We visited just for coffee I think Caffe Nero coffee is far better tha other chain coffee and actually tastes like proper coffee rather than worrying about gimics. Coffee was good and we got a nice table in a busy place. Good.
Dirty is not really strong enough to describe the condition of this caffe! it is dirty that it needs a deep cleanliness and personal that deal with the paying public. I would recommend to anyone who needs a coffee to find somewhere else. I didn't order a coffee. after seeing the condition of the place. see photo for dreck on sofa!

I am regular customer of caffè nero and use their filials if possible. as I live in the opposite, I often use these in harrogate and cover the last few months it from one of my favorite branches to...my little charlings. the coffee etc. is good, but the service is very bad. Even if they are not excessively busy, it seems to be a waiting queue waiting to be served. in others, I am used to a certain vibration behind the counter and fast service. in this sector, however, it seems simply not to be an energy or organization, and the staff seems to be simply going through the movements. it really needs a push.
