Ordered kc strip rare recieved it medium rare and mostly gristle wife ordered stuffed filet medium rare received it medium well and neither steaks where seasoned very well. Our dining companions all ordered prime rib all complained that it was rubbery and not a lot of flavor. But on a brighter note the salad bar was good. Will not dine here again or recommend.

This was one of the worst experiences we 've had a 'nice ' restaurant. 5:30pm on a Saturday night and the place was deserted, there was three tables each with two people and us which were a party of five. It took 10 min. to get sat at a table, 20 min to get orders and another 45min to get our food. Most of our food was cold, chicken dry, steak cold, and the fries tasted like they were covered in sugar! Our waitress showed up three times during the hour and half time we were there she 'd be talking at the bar and we tried to flag her down for refills and she 'd make eye contact then keep talking. They had four waitresses and only four occupied tables and no one was getting service. I had to get up and ask for a to go box from another waitress and we got charged money for those gratuity tip. This experience cost us over $115 we 've gotten better service for a $5 meal at mc Donald 's don 't eat here. They have no excuses for this level of poor service and food quality for this price, I 'm embarrassed for them.

I ordered the KC strip rare and my wife ordered the stuffed filet. My steak was cooked medium rare and mostly gristle the wifes filets were medium well and neither steaks was seasoned very well needed steak sauce for flavor. Our dining companions all ordered prime rib and complained they didn't have much flavor and where a bit rubbery. The lobster sliders and the salad bar are good. Will not dine here again and would not recommend to anyone. Went based on other reviews and have to say I was disappointed.

We have been to JT’s many times the food never disappoints. When we went just the other night we had the best service. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and hands down the best customer service that I’ve seen in the last five years. The owner even came and sat down with us he really wants to do a good job and have a nice place for the community.Highly recommend the Bahama mamas and steak.

JT's was so delicious. I have not had a juicier steak in my life. Truly, one of the best steaks in the KC area. The wait staff was prompt and super friendly. It was an overall wonderful experience. Also, we did the breakfast buffet. The morning crew was so nice and pleasant. We will for sure be back.
