Subway - Harrisonburg

I've had better sandwiches. Although it is the higher priced chicken option, the chicken teriyaki is rather bland. The restaurant was clean and the staff were stressed but professional. Not exactly friendly on the line but they did get better at the register. Overall, I feel like 3 stars is a touch generous.

I am [hidden email] I don't know who does this survey stuff, but that is such an old address that they're sending it to me now, I don't use that address, I have not use that email address in so many years that I don't even remember the password to it! I can't answer this questionnaire if I can't even get messages from the questionnaire! I found it by accident when I turn on my phone and saw that there was a message and had my old email address. I would love to help out, I eat out all the time and I actually go to Subway at least once a week. I do want to an answer, I actually have a couple of comments, but I'm not sending it out of an old email address.

Not my fav subway but still good. They made our salad without the toppings and we didn't realize it until we got home, then had to run back out. Just pay attention while ordering and all should be well.

Staff is great and they treat there customers well that?s for 3 Star rating , but this subway has bad reputation of deciding putting meatballs away 2 hours before closing , ridiculous, I had order a different sub because I couldn?t get my meatball marinara sub. Won?t be back here again .

The staff here worked so hard to complete our order. There were only 2 of them and a line out the door. Thank you. Despite that, the store was mostly clean and inviting. Hopefully things can improve even more now that it's post-pandemic.
