Sheetz - Harrisonburg

I've literally never written a review before but they've let me mto food go to someone else twice in a row despite me being right in front of the pickup area. I'm listening very intently to make sure this doesn't happen, yet it still does. I know the late nights aren't great but it's frustrating to get off work at midnight and then have your food lost.

Bad bad bad service, specially when they need to make orders. They have the board full of orders and they are just walking and talking around. Took more than 25 minutes for make my orde.

I waited inside for 15 minutes just for a frozen mocha, and the place was mostly empty. It's frustrating that a guy who ordered six food items after me received his order before I did!

Wow, $2.59 for a 20oz drink? That's quite pricey! The lady working there was friendly, and the place was clean.

Having worked in food service for several years, I believe that regardless of staffing issues, food should never be served in this condition. With three people preparing the food, there's no way none of them noticed the state of the bread. I would have willingly waited longer for fresher bread. This situation is unacceptable. Although the staff was polite, someone should have caught this mistake and addressed it before my order was packed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon!
