PERFECTLY boiled fillet mignon, fall from bone ribs, best chickens tender EVER, and a FABULOUS new Brownie Biss Dessert embroidered with vanilla ice cream and dipped with chocolate and caramel sauces! Our server, Brittany, was fantastic and the manager, Rob, was so friendly and could be seen to help servers clean tables, seating at the door, and check on the guests to make sure their food was great. What User doesn't like about O'charley's Restaurant Bar:
I highly do not recommend a steak. It was very close in consistency to a pile of play-dough. The ribs are pretty good. And of course, the rolls are to die for. Service was pretty good but we had a 20 min wait with a half-empty restaurant. View all feedback.
The reason why I give this O'Charley's a two-star rating is pure at the level of the service we have received. The food was decent, but our waiter was unprofessional. When we arrived there, our party of 6 sat fast, only a handful of other parties seemed to sit. The server came and got our drinks orders and once he returned, we were ready to place our appetizer and meal order. We gave him our two appetizer orders and wanted to give him our food order when he told us he would put in the appetizer order and go. 5 minutes later he returns to confirm the appetizer order and gives us the impression that our order has never been sent back to the kitchen. Our appetizer comes out in a reasonable time and our server takes our dinner order. We wait for what seemed to be an inappropriate time, given the lack of people in the restaurant and finally our food. Halfway through dinner, our waiter comes and asks if we want to order Dessert, we don't and he's just going to come back with the check. I feel like we were badly visited at the beginning of the evening and frustrated that we were not able to get our meal order with our appetizer as it would have saved some time between the starter and the main course. In addition, we felt rushed with the waiter to ask if we wanted to leave the dessert halfway through our meal and check.
We were a party of 7 a week. back from the city on vacation and we have no O? Charley is back home, so we decided to try. I think the name of the server was Alex, he was absolutely incredible. He was fast, friendly and made great discussions with us all during our visit. If we don't live that far away, we'd surely be his regulars!! The food was also amazing, I definitely recommend for locals and people who also go through!
The bread was 3 days old and my side salad tasted wet and old cardboards where stele, now I order the chicken strip and fries it a lot of food, but the chicken was huge piece thick and rough and fries where ok. My husband had known the stakes, he said they had no cocoa cheese on them, only dry chips that we will not be back.
It was good, but nothing I have to come back for. The best were the baked pimples. It seemed as if it had seen better days, the waitress was very nice. Nothing bad in the place, just good food.
The for a limited time taste of summer, pick two for $14.99 is a win win and enough food to split with two people! Best chicken tenders hands down! I enjoyed the popcorn shrimp and crab cake as well! A little pricey for lunch, but it was worth it!
