Traveling through and went here early. Quick and friendly service. This Dunkin is always short-staffed but today was exceptionally bad. Drive thru line was wrapped around so I went inside to wait in line again. No one was at the register and the manager proceeds to tell all of us waiting inside that no one showed up for work today and she couldn’t get to us until she got the drive thru cleared out. The drinks and the donuts were great. The drive-thru window employee struggled with completing the order due to not knowing what we had ordered.Food: 4/5
We stopped here one Saturday late morning and ordered 2 hot coffees and my 6 year old got a donut thru the drive thru. We got those 3 items right away, then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the breakfast sandwiches!!!! After about 10 minutes, we watched from the receipt time to when we got the items. I asked why did it take so long and the guy who handed us the food bag said there was only one person making hot food and that 's the way Dunkin wants it.
