I went into the lobby and had my order taken right away! The staff member brought me my food so quickly and was so so nice. I had brought my elderly mom who was trouble walking to eat with me and the staff member Hanna was walking back from taking food outside when she stopped to help my mom walk to take a seat. We love DQ ice cream! This location fell well below our usual standards. Very slow, and not as friendly as most, with the exception of the young man that took our order! He was great! There seemed to be plenty of help, but orders were coming up veryslow. The service is exceptional and quick, with courteous staff. The chicken baskets were incredibly fresh and delicious.
The food was enjoyable, but the ice cream is definitely better at DQ in Bridgewater.
