Chipotle Mexican Grill - Harrisonburg

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this order was quite disappointing. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, the steak was tough and fatty, and there was hardly any tomato salsa added. To make matters worse, the chips were stale. Perhaps they think it doesn’t matter since I’m not dining in, but it definitely does!

My steak and chicken both tasted old, and the chicken in my bowl was definitely burnt. There was way too much sour cream compared to the other ingredients. Overall, this meal was not worth the money and was quite unappetizing.

Chipotle continues to disappoint. The flavor was sour, and to make matters worse, the bowl was almost empty with hardly any meat.

The white rice was overly sweet, which I didn't enjoy. The mild salsa turned out to be quite spicy instead of mild, which was disappointing. Additionally, there wasn't much variety in the vegetable selection.

I went for dinner tonight, and the line was extremely long and moved very slowly. They were out of steak, and the staff were rude. They even tried to put someone else's food in my bag!
