China Wok - Harrisonburg

I ordered and paid for two entrees. One plate was prepared by a man, and the other was made by an employee named Rebeca. I made the payment to a third lady, Jonnie, who processed my order. After I had already paid, Jonnie took food out of the bag that I had bought and returned a plate to Rebeca, instructing her to remove some pieces of bourbon chicken. When I questioned her about this, she was evasive and eventually claimed it was three entrees instead of two. I clarified that I only ordered two: bourbon chicken and chicken with broccoli. Despite my insistence that the order was already paid for, she attempted to hand it back to me. I requested a refund, and when I asked for the corporate phone number, she called security instead. I explained the situation and learned that Jonnie was the owner. I overheard Rebeca tell Jonnie that her husband was the one who prepared the plate from which food was taken. It seemed that Jonnie wasn't satisfied with the portion sizes, but since I had already paid for my meal, that should not have been my concern. I will never return!

The worst ,even the pork fried rice wasn't worth eating straight to the trash can!!

When I went there I bought a 2 combo meal. When I went to go pay the price pop up as 8.95 and I paid with a 20$. I received 2 dollars back. I went back to talk to the lady and she said that the money I got back was correct. She might have charge me 2 times or thought I paid with a 10$. I’m very frustrated.

My whole family got food poisoning from this place. The chicken was literally grey. Worst Chinese I’ve ever had.

The egg rolls were fantastic; they arrived hot and perfectly fried.
