The barbecue we had at this restaurant was one of the best we've ever had. One of us tried the brisket sandwich, while the other ordered the pulled pork sandwich so we could share and taste both. We both agreed that the brisket was our favorite, but both sandwiches were delicious. The restaurant had a casual atmosphere, where you order at the counter and food is brought to your table. What User doesn't like about T's Bbq:
I have eaten at many BBQ restaurants in my lifetime, but this one was a disappointment. I ordered pulled pork tacos and was disappointed to find that the meat and tortillas were cold, the cheese was not melted at all, and there was only a small piece of cole slaw as a topping. Sides cost extra, so I added okra, but it was not cooked well. The cornbread was extremely dry and the potato salad only had a few pieces of o... View all feedback.
T’s ribs are always exceptional. they are fleshy, the ruin is delicious and either one of the sauces are fantastic. I like the sharp best! we are never disappointed and make it a priority to stop and get ripened when we find ourselves in harrison, even if you just take some home. I wish they were closer than 1 1/2 hours! I almost never command ribbing anywhere else, as t’s ribs are best I ever had.
Ate there today, and have eaten there before. Have always wondered why it's almost near empty even when it's kinda accumulated a small crowd. Today I learned the answer. The staff is the RUDEST MOST DISGUSTING bunch of people I've ever seen hosting and runing a restaurant before. Everything was perfect up until I needed a box. So, the woman who was the waitress (not sure what her name was) came out picking her nose as she was asking whether we needed one or not, before darting back to the kitchen. As she was in the kitchen, we were then asked if it was for my pie I had order. My husband started to reply no but then sounded unsure. I was siting near the door at our table still and he was at the counter, so I hollered back to him laughing a bit (nervously as I am already extremely antisocial), that no I had eaten my pie it was just for potatchos. However, right after this, as we were about to leave I caught wind of them making fun of me and the way I sound and talk, as they were mimicking my voice rather loudly. I was quite astonished as I looked around the room noticing it was not the booger picking waitress or the one who had rung us up, but rather someone else in the back. I then, made direct eye contact with the cashier and said, that is rude as hell and left. My husband and I are absolutely disgusted and will never be back. Honestly if others are smart they'll do the same. Unless they want rude insults and boogers with their meals.
Best wings in Harrison, hands down! You've got to try the sweet and spicy dry wings.
I would have rated it higher based on the flavor but the food was like warm at best. If the food had been hot this might have been a 5 star place because we liked the flavors. Too bad. The chillie was a bit pricey for the size but the flavor was good, again it is as not hot either.
Ordered- pulled pork, brisket, sausage, fries, ribs, and beans. pros- clean. the 2 ladies in front of the house were kind. food came out quickly. pulled pork was seasoned with a rub. their fries potato twists were hot, and seasoned well. cons- all of the meat had the taste and texture of being kept in slow cookers for an extended period of time. nothing tasted like it had been in a smoker. the brisket was dry. ribs didn't seem to have any seasoning on them. sausage just tasted like Johnsonville brats.their barbecue sauce was mediocre and did not have a distinguished flavor. beans were not anything i will crave. I will go back to try other items.
