As general stores go they were alright. The rest room was clean and coffee warm. The sandwiches were large and well made. Pizza was decent. If you needed a sweatshirt or something from or about Maine they had it.
Place has gone down hill since last year, No one was washing there hands or wearing gloves after dealing with money and going straight back to touching food very unsanitary after pointing it out to the staff the kid wearing the cowboy hat had a wicked bad attitude towards us. I will not be returning any time soon.
Great lunch options available: sandwiches, pizza. Variety of chips and drinks. Overall a great general store. Clean. Organized. People behind the counter were super nice as well.
Absolutely loved this quant little general store! Stopped in for an impromptu lunch and was pleasantly surprised by an extremely friendly staff and excellent pizza. We had chicken bacon Alfredo and chicken broccoli Alfredo slices and they were great! The seating was perfect and they even had a restroom for customers. If you’re in the area and are looking for an affordable, tasty lunch, or just need some household items or fire wood, make sure you stop in! Will definitely be back soon. :
