Dunkin' - Harrison
Dunkin'
Description
At Dunkin' on Halstead Ave in Harrison, service is generally warm and efficient, the shop is clean, and the Dunkin app makes ordering quick with short pickup waits. Guests praise friendly staff and small thoughtful gestures, but opinions on food vary from excellent to mediocre—bagels and sandwiches draw the most criticism. Convenience and a nearby CVS are pluses, while inconsistent parking, occasional overcrowding, and an isolated hygiene lapse temper the experience. Best for busy, grab-and-go customers who value speed and friendly service over culinary consistency.

I was in Dunkin Donuts on Halstead Ave in Harrion just to order a breakfast sandwich, the worker was using his cell phone while preparing my sandwich...i had to ask him to please change his gloves to prepare food..i am a healthcare worker and i do knowthat cellphones are a breeding ground for germs so this is unacceptable while preparing foods. Thank you
Everything at Dunkin is mediocre at best. The coffee and donuts are okay. The breakfast sandwiches are pathetic. You just know for everything they offer, there is better version somewhere else. For example, their bagels are disgusting. Just go across thestreet for a real bagel. The only thing Dunkin has going for it is convenience. The Dunkin app makes things so easy.
On my first day back, I decided to get my usual breakfast of coffee and wraps. When I went to pick up my order, the staff had added a sweet message on my cup: "Welcome back, we missed you." I was feeling a bit low that day, but their thoughtful gesture really lifted my spirits. I was definitely "Runnin on Dunkin," and I can't express my gratitude enough for that simple act of kindness. It truly made my day when I needed it most.
I waited for at least 10 minutes without being recognized, while online orders were given priority. I wouldn't suggest visiting this restaurant in person!
