He charged me for what he... read more I had a terrible experience at Dunkin'. The employee wearing AirPods didn’t take my order correctly, even though I repeated it twice. He charged me for what he thought I ordered instead. I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted because he decided to turn off the oven an hour and 20 minutes before closing time. On top of that, I saw a mouse inside the store. This was the worst experience and service I’ve had here. Clearly, there’s no manager overseeing the customer service.

I couldn’t get a toasted bagel because the staff didn’t have gloves and couldn’t help with that or the bacon. It’s unbelievable! Who’s in charge here? If they’re not prepared to serve customers properly, they should just close.

They served me bacon even though I only ordered eggs and cheese, and when I brought it up, they casually brushed it off, saying that it happens sometimes. Additionally, when I requested less ice in my drink, they informed me that I needed to specify it in their system first, which is frustrating. The staff was quite rude and seemed more interested in chatting and having fun among themselves rather than attending to customers. It was also strange that they insisted I use the front kiosk without checking if I knew how to use it. Overall, I was very disappointed.
