Her demeanor was quite unpleasant... read more I recently visited the Dunkin' on Bergen Street in Harrison and had a disappointing encounter with a staff member named Sahar. Her demeanor was quite unpleasant, and it felt like she was raising her voice at every customer. Additionally, it seems they are hiring new employees constantly, which might contribute to the frequent errors in taking orders. Sadly, Sahar's rudeness only heightened the frustration, especially during the early morning rush. I hope Dunkin' takes note of this situation, as no one should have to experience such treatment. I don't usually share my opinions like this, but sometimes it's necessary to speak up.

Our coffees were poor, the sandwiches were undercooked, and there is rarely a good selection of donuts available.

Additionally, when I requested less ice in my drink, they informed me that I needed to specify it in their system first, which is frustrating. The staff was quite rude and seemed more interested in chatting and having fun among themselves rather than attending to customers. It was also strange that they insisted I use the front kiosk without checking if I knew how to use it. Overall, I was very disappointed.
