I was actually greeted with a good morning and a smile!! im happy already. Hottest burger and fries ive had in a long time. Please come to Delhi,our restaurants dont know courtesy or food. View all feedback.
However, I was disappointed with the manager. She was holding a stainless steel cup that looked like it could be used for waste, and she commented on it before moving on. I noticed that the cheerful demeanor of the young employees was missing; instead, I saw sad and serious faces. I expected the dark-haired manager, who seemed to be in her 30s or 40s, to address the atmosphere later on. Despite my concerns regarding the manager, I still rate the experience a 5 out of 5 because the food and service were deserving of it. A lack of professionalism from the manager shouldn't detract from an otherwise outstanding visit.
This is a fantastic restaurant with friendly staff, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We've been visiting for at least two years, and it never disappoints!
The beverage service was prompt and I didn't have to wait long.
They are always friendly and efficient! A great lunch for $5! It's always clean when I visit Hamilton!
