I, personally, wasn't there for this but my husband was. A couple days ago he went in to get coffee while he waited for me to meet up with him. No customers were there but him and there were 3 employees. One of them was on their phone and the other two were talking. He waited 4 minutes and none of them acknowledged his presence. This is the best Biggby I've been to in the Tri-state area.
Friendly fast service. The food was delicious and warm. The restaurant was nice and clean.
Cost $6.39 for a peppermint coffee with NO whip cream! Not worth that! Needless to say I drank every drop.
Love Biggby coffee. Doesn't matter which location I visit they're always friendly and fast. Thanks for making a stressful day better yesterday!
