Yesterday Drive Thru. Ordered Reuben sandwich with sauerkraut. The bread was so fresh sandwich was perfect. So today I passed the Arby’s on Delhi Pk, stopped ordered another Reuben only requested extra sauerkraut. Had LESS sauerkraut than previously by other store, LESS corned beef, bread meat was overcooked on one end. VERY DISAPPOINTED BY DELHI STORE. Potential is there. I will try it again sometime. What isabel rodriguez doesn't like about Arby's:
Ordered this sandwich got home and found a moldy bun. When I went back for a refund they tried to tell me it was from the toaster but the bun was completely soft. Customer service was terrible. View all feedback.
They got rid of potato cakes. Sad. Crispy fish is pretty good. Bring back potato cakes.
Picked up Doordash. They had it ready to go .Very efficient.
It ain't the same with out the Italian sub or the hot cakes! They even took away the diet mt dew!!

I wasn't feeling it today and I've really seriously been thinking about just removing myself from social media and trying to find reasons to go on and then I came in to this Arby's and they all had the cute little Christmas reindeer ears on and it really gave me hope I know that sounds silly but these people are very special here and they made me smile ?
