I bought 8 empanadas on the 4th of July, I went to eat one, after 3 bites a leaf appeared from who knows what tree or what tree. I tried to call to make the complaint and he didn't answer.

Hello, the rice was uncooked and is was it looks like made a few days before on my bandeja paisa And there was no flavor or salt on the rice the beans were old no freshly cooked The steak didn't have aalt, seasoning The egg was cooked alright The aguacate was good The chorizo was discussing The platanos maduros were not cook the same day The chicharones didn't even Har any salt I order extra chicharones And didn't had a salt it was nasty I paid $27 plus dollars and a $10 tip upon ordering This was my first time here And my last time The people cooking are not responsible cooks They should be replace I will be making a report to the health department on line today or tomorrow in person
The experience is terrible, for several days now it has been getting worse, if it is necessary to see people who were here before and were striving for attention since that person is not there, everything is in decline...the attention does that yes The food is bad, give it a second chance....but if neither one nor the other, why go back. Parking for customers is full from Monday to Friday and the restaurant is empty....it is a complete idiot that they do not pay attention to such minimal things, they call to ask for the manager or the owner and they never pass it, I went to check, call from outside and the waiter who answered me said that he was not there when I saw him from outside. THE FOOD ALWAYS THE SAME, the taste is terrible and the menus of the day have nothing to do with Colombian food....if they continue like this when they open the next competition I want to see them, and I don't wish them harm, but they don't worry about improving in nothing....and I repeat, the people who try to make it work cannot be seen, and even though I ask, they do not give information even out of respect...they are rude despots. No offense intended, it is a very nice place, the food is very good, however the attention of the waitresses is very critical, I have always gone for a special dish and with my companion we always ask for separate bills because we are not related to the family anymore. that a friend and today when we placed the order they told us, with a bad attitude they already changed the system we do not give separate accounts, in addition they issued negative comments gossiping about us, it had not happened to me until today with 2 girls, and on several occasions They charged gratitude without first anticipating that they would charge and then requested TIPS, I can't find a reason for these actions, THANK YOU.
