Recently, the restaurant has been inconsistent. My lunch today was disappointing - the bread was stale and my food was cold. I didn't have time to return, but I am starting to get tired of fast food places that charge too much for their meals. Even when you opt for the value meals, they are not worth it. Today, Wendy's receives an F from me. I am disappointed because the Wendy's on Progress Ave used to be my go-to for a decent, quick burger.
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. They failed to receive my order, resulting in the loss of $15 on the app. I waited for 20 minutes before being informed about this, during which I observed some staff members standing around and cleaning their dirty phone cases in the kitchen. The customer service through the app was difficult to reach, and the manager was unaware of how to use the app properly. Unlike my last visit when there was a spill in front of the drink machine and I was offered something for free, this time I received no compensation. I overheard the staff talking unprofessionally about a customer on the phone, which made me feel uncomfortable as I stood waiting. After waiting a total of 45-50 minutes, I reordered only to receive something my roommate and I did not enjoy. The bacon was old and charred, causing my roommate discomfort, while the patties were dry and crumbled, making us feel ill. I only managed to take a few bites before deciding it was not worth the money or time.

Very slow service. Waited in line for 30 minutes before they even started taking orders during the lunch rush. Also got the wrong burgers and no sauce for my nuggets.
The lady at the window was rude to us and they were the ones who messed up our order 3 times. Will still go back hopefully Ms. drive thru lady has changed her attitude around on the staff and not the customer.Food: 4/5
