Panera Bread - Harrisburg

I went for breakfast here. The food itself was pretty good, really liked the parfait! The staff was great. They helped with questions in regard to dietary restrictions. Waited about 15 minutes to get my food to go. However, my sandwich was barely warm by the time I opened it up. The main issue that I have, though, is the portion sizes in conjuction to the price. This was the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, which is $6.49. It's kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Luckily, the food did taste good.

Very good food, but prices have increased significantly since I was last there.

My recent visit to Panera left me utterly disappointed. The state of cleanliness in this establishment was appalling. The floor was incredibly sticky, which made walking around uncomfortable and unsanitary. It felt like I was stuck in place every time I took a step.Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any dining establishment, and the condition of the tables and floor was simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise against dining there until they improve their hygiene standards.

They have gotten our orders wrong at this particular location more times than I can remember. If you go here, make sure your order is right before leaving the parking lot!!!

Heard they got rid of of my favorite manager. Good luck! I can see the bad reviews coming in all ready. Bad culture behind the counter.
