Panera Bread - Harrisburg

I typically don’t order from Panera for this reason, and while I understand that food costs need to be managed, this is just unreasonable. The last time I ordered, there was even less lettuce than what’s shown in the photo I’ve shared. I had hoped they would compensate for the less-than-pleasant experience, but I was let down again. This salad cost $6, and I'm genuinely perplexed as to why this is considered acceptable. I even left a friendly note requesting that they add a bit more lettuce, hoping to avoid the same issue I faced last time. Unfortunately, I received a salad with hardly any lettuce again.

The food was excellent, just like always! The staff was incredibly friendly too. Overall, I would rate it: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

When I returned to express my concerns, the cashier insisted my order was correct, though I knew she was lying. I was so frustrated that I didn’t want to make a scene, so I left. The bagels were terrible.

The worst Panera ever , the worst cust service ever, they see you at the register and no one asked you if you need anything, I will never going back Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
