Noodles And Company - Harrisburg

Had high hopes this was a new place I would enjoy. Placed first order around 8 pm. Got it home very disappointed. Bowl was definitely microwaved. I can't eat microwaved meat. The bowl was over nuked to the point that the steak was so chewy and the noodles dry, I threw it away. Basically not edible. Definitely NOT fresh!!!

I ordered pick-up, 1st time here. Ordered the chicken and prosciutto gouda. Tasted amazing but I had like 6 leaves of spinach and no mushrooms. I was really looking forward to the vegetables and it was mostly sauce and noodle. I think I'll try again maybe order in person ?Update... came back for my free entree and asked the clerk for more veggies. He put slightly extra and it was much better. So if you want more veggies you have to pay extra but worth it. TY ?

Tastes like frozen food, Pad Thai is very bland. One service lady there is nice but ditzy, she forgot to add something to our order, then forgets to get me a fork. She would also leave us mid conversation to do other tasks before completing our order and paying.

Half the food my friend got in his. They forgot the chicken and mushrooms also.

Let's be honest. The company went through major changes. It wasn't just the removal of key items like massive bowls of world's best Tomato Basil. But, we still go on occasion for nostalgic reasons.
