Mcdonald's - Harrisburg

Honestly, if you do your research on McDonald's in general, their meat isn't actually meat they say it is. I hope everyone enjoys eating their own kind. DO RESEARCH ON THE FRANCHISE!!!!

The food was very sloppy and hardly put together. We did not receive out drinking cups either. Had to go back twice for things that were missed. Also, I was suppose to dine in but they gave me a to go bag. Just poor service overall.Kid-friendliness: While it is nice to see they updated the play area with some touch game tables, the overall appearance was trashy. There was old fries, brown lettuce, and sticky old spilled soda that was never cleaned up. Not once did a staff member check in. Then, when I told them that it was dirty no one came to clean it or check to see. As a parent, this is unsettling. Especially when this is to be a kids play area. Smh. Do better McDonald's!

Worst experience ever. Ordered a 20 piece nugget, and a large 10 piece nugget meal with fries. Both were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. Don’t know why I keep giving this location a chance. Disappointing every single time.

After going to four different McDonald’s I finally hit this McDonald’s and actually got a chocolate milkshake! I was actually thrilled. But then again this particular McDonald’s always has everything and it seems there are machines never break down I wonder how that is. Maybe their employees take better care of the equipment. Or maybe their employees are better at treating the customers who knows I’m just please that I got my chocolate milkshake and was treated accordingly with great customer service as always at this particular McDonald’s kudos to you Allentown Boulevard McDonald’s!

I am often out on the road working. Down in that area, I thought stopping to use the restroom at McDonald’s and getting a cold soda was the way to go! I was HUGELY mistaken. I have never seen a more disgusting bathroom. I cannot even post a picture, but if you saw what I saw, you would do like me and walk the hell right out. I’m not talking dirty floors. I’m talking no tp, sanitary overflow EVERYWHERE, and the toilets… no. Just no. No soap even if I dared to try. Employees must go elsewhere, bc that is not useable for any person. They should be embarrassed. That was not just one day of filth, not one week… that was something I’ve never seen.
