This is a fantastic place! The spring rolls are large and delicious and the Pho has great broth and ingredients. One of my favorite places to eat in all of the Harrisburg area. What's even better is the family that runs it is extremely kind and gives you great service. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kim's Pho:
Expensive for what you get. Had Bun with shredded pork spring roll. Maybe there was a tablespoon of pork and one tiny roll in it for $8.50. Add $1.50 for a soda plus tax tip and you've got a $12.00 lunch that was not very satisfying. With so many good Viet restaurants around, they better step up their game. View all feedback.
I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic experience I had at this pho restaurant in Harrisburg, PA. The menu was in Vietnamese first, which is always a good sign of authenticity. I cannot praise the pho enough, and I assume the rest of the menu is equally as good. I wish I lived closer to this gem. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I highly recommend trying the Grilled Pork Egg Roll and the Pho Soup. Prices range from $10 to $20 per person for dinner. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 4 stars.
This restaurant is my go-to spot for pho in town! I highly recommend it for a delicious meal. You can dine in for lunch and expect to pay around $10–20 per person. The food and service are both top-notch, I would give them a 5-star rating. The atmosphere is also great, I would rate it a 4 out of 5.
