Ihop - Harrisburg

The service was excellent, and the food was served hot and fresh. I was a bit puzzled as to why my butter was placed on the outside of my toast, but that’s alright. For $9.00, my breakfast was quite reasonable.

Absolutely terrible—nothing was enjoyable. I ordered French toast, and the blueberries were frozen, plus it came with lemons for some reason. We requested an egg white omelet but received a regular one instead. We also wanted pancakes with bananas, strawberries, and whipped cream, but what we got were sad-looking bananas. Everything lacked flavor, and the service was painfully slow. Don't waste your time with this place! Head to the nearby Waffle House instead. This is the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to!

We quickly ordered our food and drinks, which turned out to be a good decision, as the food still took nearly 30 minutes to arrive and not everything came out at once. Two of us ordered the pancake combo, and when our meals were served, everything except the pancakes arrived. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for the pancakes, which came after we had already finished the rest of our food. Given the subpar service, the open sugar bowl on our table, and the use of plastic cutlery, I would normally rate this experience at just one star. However, because the food was decent, I will reluctantly give it two stars.

The food was great and was promptly delivered to our table only 6 minutes after ordering. Darita was our server and she was amazing. Our food was cooked to perfection. The iced coffee was amazing. Great job IHOP

We placed our order at about 615 and didn't receive our order until between 640 and 645 till we got all parts. I asked why it's so slow, I was told it's cause they do the orders as they come in no matter if take out or in-house. There was another grouponly came in a few mins behind us and still waiting for their food so long. Issued plastic utensils and then I see they arewrapping the normal metal ones in a booth. During all of this from order till received food there was only 4 table at most and1 person that was sitting waiting for their takeout. One of our orders had fresh fries another and what looked and tastedold/stale. The biscuit is yellow from being soaked in butter on the grill. Very very poor quality of service. Orderwas Strawberry and cream crepe Sausage gravy and biscuit side (was no sausage in gravy) Ham and cheese omelette Southwestburrito with fries (over fried fries) Kids tenders and fries They came to deliver food, ask if need anything and finally getnapkins cause I said something. Then come back again to ask and order milk shakes. As she getting the order another shows up togive bill that don't even have them on it. She then said don't worry about milkshakes she not gonna charge us. They even had toask again which milkshake was to be a kids size. It has been over 3 years since I've been here and I can clearly see thingshaven't changed in overall service. Milkshakes took over 13 minutes. Again when i said why so long she says they so busy, butyet it's not very full. Not to mention the attitude that they all seem to be giving off especially if you say something aboutthe speed of service. Even came up to ask if ready to pay after 2 mins of reciving the milkshakes. 1 is for a 4 y/o so no I'mnot leaving yet.
