Without a doubt, this is the best Vietnamese pho I've had this year. The broth was incredible, the ingredients were fresh, and the relaxed atmosphere made it feel more like dining at home with good friends rather than at a restaurant. I would highly recommend Garden Vietnamese Restaurant to anyone visiting the Harrisburg area. View all feedback.
