Went one evening, waited at the drive thru speak to be told 5 minutes later they closed early. The next time I went my frozen drink was melted by the time I got to the window because the line was moving extremely slow. When I asked the girl if it 's supposed to be like that she told me no but still proceeded to hand it to me. I told her I waited in line for 15 minutes and I want the drink remade for it to be frozen. She mumbled under her breath but loud enough for me to hear you didn 't wait 15 minutes and then continued an attitude with me for the rest of the transaction. Terrible. I ordered a medium iced latte with French vanilla caramel with sugar and cold foam. Charged almost $6 and they gave me a medium iced coffee with cream and caramel. The man working had no idea what he was doing. So unprofessional. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20
